Certain Gorilyft features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods, included features, and applicable limits are presented when you subscribe to a paid plan. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled.

You may create, upload, record, or share content through Gorilyft, including videos, questions, answers, text, images, and other materials.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using Gorilyft, you grant us the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.
You agree not to use Gorilyft to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
Upload malicious, fraudulent, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Gorilyft or another user's account
Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
Misuse the service in a way that could harm Gorilyft or its users
We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
Gorilyft may provide features powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions. Features involving artificial intelligence may evolve as the platform develops.
Gorilyft and its associated software, design, branding, interfaces, technology, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights to Gorilyft's intellectual property are transferred to users.
Gorilyft may integrate with or provide access to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

Gorilyft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every specific requirement or that all content, including AI-assisted outputs, will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gorilyft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as Gorilyft and its services evolve. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Gorilyft after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
